Return and Refund Policy
At Mitti Gold Organic, we take pride in the quality of our organic fertilizers and soil amendments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (original bags/seals must be intact).
- Due to the nature of organic fertilizers, opened bags cannot be returned unless there is a proven quality issue.
2. Quality Issues & Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged product or notice a significant quality deviation from our standards (e.g., moisture content outside specified range), please contact us immediately at +91 95372 30173 or email us with photos of the product and packaging.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment or bank account within 7-10 working days.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
