Raw Material Inspection
Only approved organic inputs are accepted. All raw materials are tested for contamination and pathogen-free status before use.
Controlled Production
Vermicompost is produced in controlled beds with monitored temperature, moisture, and C:N ratio. Biochar is pyrolyzed at specific temperatures for optimal carbon content.
In-Process Testing
Samples are tested at each production stage for NPK content, pH level, moisture, microbial count, and heavy metal absence.
Third-Party Lab Verification
Final products are sent to NABL-accredited laboratories for independent verification before release.
Certified Packaging
Products are packed in food-grade, UV-protected bags with lot numbers for complete traceability.
